A safe space for star mothers.
On 12 April 2025 a special morning took place at the family support centre in Thannhausen. Under the title “It is not your fault”, Sandra Fischer spoke sensitively about medical basics, grief, guilt and self-care. Afterwards there was time to talk. Many women felt understood for the first time.
A WhatsApp group for star mothers grew out of the meeting. Affected mothers can contact the family support centre at any time if they want to join or need to talk.
The grave for stillborn children at the west cemetery.
In Krumbach there is a place for children who left too early. The confirmands of St. Michael parish have taken over the spring care of the grave, and Monika Drexler told them why this grave exists. Even approaching thunderclouds did not stop the children.
